I've got some pm to open this topic.

CSKA Sofia 1948 is in very bad situation with many millions debt. Their still current bosses from "Titan corp" made 20+ millions debt for the last few years and people saying that debts of the club are over 35 millions.
Nowdays, "Titan corp" dont want to own the club anymore. But none wants to buy it because of the big debts.
One of the idea was to declare bankruptcy so the team to "restart" and start playing from the lowest divisions. (Something like the Glasgow Rangers).

This idea seems to be over now, since "Titan corp" start negotiations with the owner of another premier league team - Litex Lovech. He is a CSKA fan and wanted to get their club in the past, before getting to own Litex.

Now, it is still nothing finished, but it seems that CSKA Sofia will be liquidated and Litex Lovech will be renamed to CSKA 1923 (<-!!!).
Grisha Ganchev, the man with the money, says that he thinks CSKA is a successor of the old and not-existing club AS-23.(Atletic Slava 1923).

All this is after a meeting of him with the fans of CSKA. Their team will be practically liquidated and they are ok to support Litex Lovech as renamed to CSKA 1923... unsure.gif I really dont understand this.
Litex had won 4 cups till now, but CSKA fans are still going to count their old history. So big % of them will count the team now with 35 titles. Still wonder how will they count the Litex victory over them with 8:0 in the past. unsure.gif

Anyway. This new CSKA will be probably training in Lovech and just playing their matches in Sofia. Litex Lovech fans are very disappointed. It seems that their town will make a new team, buy the license of a 2nd division team and start playing in there.

As I said, there is still nothing finished as 100%, so all this is just talking now, but thats the facts till today and will be interesting to see what will happen.

"Brasilia - Under loud booes, the FIFA president, Joseph Blatter, and the president of Brazil, Dilma Rousseff, officially opened the 2013 Confederations Cup this afternoon at the National Stadium Mané Garrincha. Speaking first, Blatter responded to the booing by asking (mostly in Portuguese): "Friends of Brazilian soccer, where is your respect and fair play, please?" Then president Dilma declared the Confederations Cup open, national anthems were sung and the game between Brazil and Japan got underway.

There were 67,423 fans in the new stadium and they quickly stopped booing and started cheering when star striker Neymar made a goal after just three minutes of play. Brazil scored another goal at the very beginning of the second half (Paulinho) and a third goal by Jô at the end of injury time. Final score: 3 to 0. ,

By the way, the stadium is named after one of Brazil's greatest soccer players: known simply as Garrincha (1933-83), he was a hero of the 1958 and 1962 World Cup titles - especially 1962 after Pelé was injured and he became the star attacker of the team."

Politic atmosphere in Brazil:

"Protests against bus and underground fare rises in the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo have turned violent.

Police fired rubber-coated bullets and tear gas, and detained more than 200 people. Police say they seized petrol bombs, knives and drugs.

Violence has also been reported at protests in Rio de Janeiro.

Prices for a single ticket in Sao Paulo were raised on 2 June from 3 reals ($1.40, £0.90) to 3.20 reals ($1.50, £0.96).

The authorities say that the rise is well below inflation, which since the last price rise in January 2011 has been at 15.5%, according to official figures.

'Vandals'

An estimated 5,000 protesters converged on the streets of Sao Paulo's central area on Thursday - the fourth day of the protests.

Most of the protesters are thought to be university students
The protesters clashed with police, who fired tear gas to try to disperse the crowd.

The demonstrators were mostly university students, but the authorities said there were also groups of anarchists looking for a fight.

Some are reported to have set fire to rubbish in the streets, while others smashed shop windows.

At least 55 people have been injured, according to the Folha de Sao Paulo newspaper. It added that six of its journalists had been wounded, two of them shot in the face.

State Governor Geraldo Alckmin branded the rioters "vandals" and promised to act to avoid a repeat of the violence.

"The police acted with professionalism," Mr Alckmin said, rejecting claims that they had used excessive force.

Brazil's Minister of Justice, Jose Eduardo Cardozo, said the demonstrations were legitimate but resorting to violence and vandalism was unacceptable.

More than 2,000 people also took part in protests against fare increases in Rio, one of the host cities for the Confederations Cup which starts on Saturday."

P.S. tam klubam, kura pārstāvji tā teica, ir 0,0001% iespējamība kādreiz uzspēlēt EL vai ČL
